About the Developers

Rebekah Siegel is a Pittsburgh native whom has been an active leader in the real estate industry for over 16 years.  She is an experienced Realtor with the Siegel Kovalevskiy Group at Re/Max Select Realty, as well as a Pennsylvania licensed attorney.  Rebekah has acquired a significant portfolio of local rental property and specializes in offering affordable housing.  She attended Taylor Allderdice High School and Duquesne University Law School, and currently resides with her husband and two daughters in her childhood home in Shadyside.  Rebekah is excited to be embarking on an innovative, one-of-a-kind project and opening the market on a brand new housing concept using shipping containers.

Eric Smooke is a national leader in the sports media business who makes Pittsburgh his home. He and his wife were both born and raised in the Steel City and currently reside in Point Breeze. The couple has aquired a portfolio of properties in Alegheny county consisting of both single family and multi-family homes. He attended Taylor Allderdice High School and graduated from Penn State University in 2006. Whether embarking on innovative concepts in media or real estate, Eric has always relied on his innate creativity to go against the grain in all of his business endeavors. Eric is thrilled to help introduce this new housing concept to the city he loves.
